Valla Homes:
A new high end website for this high end development company.
Valla Homes have a reputation for creating exceptional buildings so they needed a website that lived up to those expectations.
The messages that came through our initial fact find were – ‘demonstrate craftsmanship and expertise’ and ‘show-off the quality of the projects’.
We kept the layout clean, contemporary and monochromatic, allowing the project imagery to take the stage front and centre. We then backed that up with an uncomplicated approach to the structure of the website providing clear signposts to services, expertise and the project gallery.

Rules were applied to the existing brand logo, to help with consistency and brand application.
A set of animated icons were developed to help highlight key services offered by Valla.
A modular system was developed to house different types content, these modules are all neatly housed within the CMS allowing for an expansion of the project area and a useful toolkit to serve current and future content needs such as landing pages for search.
Photography was also commissioned as part of the project to demonstrate the growing portfolio of exceptional buildings Valla has been responsible for creating.
