Riva Land:
We built a digital home for a new name in land promotion.
Brown + Cooper were appointed to design and build a new website for Riva Land, a privately owned land promoter working across the commercial and residential development sectors.
Land promotion is a relationship-led industry. Landowners and partners commit to a promoter for years, often through complex planning processes, so the website’s first job was to establish confidence before a single conversation had taken place.
We built the site around the same principles Riva Land promotes to its own clients: honesty, excellence and commitment. Clean structure, clear navigation, and language that speaks with the authority of decades of sector experience, delivered through a modern, fast, easy-to-manage platform.
Deliverables:
Brand Identity
Website Design
Website Development
Tasked with creating a brand and website that would build immediate credibility with landowners, agents, and planning stakeholders, the team at Brown + Cooper established the key project goals:
> Create a mark that felt established, credible and distinct
> Build a flexible visual identity that could scale
> Establish trust and authority from the homepage
> Present live projects clearly by sector and planning stage
> Reflect Riva Land’s values in both language and layout
> Provide a flexible CMS for simple content updates
> Ensure the site performed seamlessly across desktop and mobile
The outcome is a brand and website that do the quiet work of building confidence before a first meeting ever happens. A clear, credible identity now underpins everything from the homepage to project documentation, while every project is presented with its sector and planning status visible at a glance, giving landowners, agents, and partners immediate clarity on Riva Land’s track record and current activity.
A new brand, a new website, and a clear identity for a business built on trust. That’s Riva Land.
