We created a brand and website for this new land promotion venture.

Brown + Cooper were appointed to create the new brand, including brand guidelines, visual identity and website design.
Our brief was to create a mark that reflected a modern and established appearance that helped to consolidate the successful relationship that already existed between the three businesses.
We wanted the logo mark and brand visuals to create a solid foundation for this new venture to launch from, the interwoven chevrons representative of this trinity of successful organisations.

A presentation deck was one of the first requirements following the development of the brand guidelines.

Tasked with creating a website that would inform and build confidence in prospective clients, while bringing their new brand to life, the team at Brown + Cooper set about establishing the key project goals:
> Bring the new brand to life digitally
> Establish clear paths to key content areas
> Create a flexible design system
> Ensure the site was responsive across all devices
> Provide a flexible CMS for simple content updates



The outcome of the project has been a resounding success. KSW now have the perfect platform that exudes confidence and capability. A clear digital identity backed up by an uncomplicated user experience, interjected with the subtle use of motion to help draw viewers in and maintain their interest in the content.
